5-PLY STAINLESS STEEL + 2 LAYERS NON-STICK. These pans are made from high quality material that conducts heat quickly and evenly, and stays hot for long cooking projects. The exterior is constructed from 5 layers of stainless steel and aluminum. The interior is constructed from 2 layers of PFOA free non stick material. The handles will eventually warm up when subjected to heat for extended periods of time, but also cool down rapidly.
IDEAL FOR MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT COOKING. To maintain the life of your nonstick cookware, cooking at low to moderate heat levels on the stovetop or in a 425° or less oven without a lid. When using a cooking fat, stick to traditional liquid oils, butter, coconut oil, etc. Avoid pump and aerosol sprays, as they are hard to clean off. Use wooden, silicone, nylon or other "soft" material utensils, and never cut food in the pans with a knife or fork.
