12″ Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri comes with dual ceramic glaze and this Ozeri pan is known as the world’s first frying pan to achieve non-stick profile. It is totally free from PTFE, PFOA and APEO. If we talk about conventional cookware and some its brands then they achieve their non-stick profile through a coating of PTFE that is proven to be dangerous to birds or pets because of the smell it spreads out. Also for manufacturing such traditional pans, the manufacturer has to take help of PFOA that is known as a persistent pollutant of the environment. But you can’t experience such thing with this Green Earth pan as it uses GREBLON ceramic from Germany. The pan uses 100% natural coating.
