However, I noticed that very high heat can sometimes cause a bit of sticking. It’s important to use medium to low heat for best results. The “release” of food is better with some oil or butter. I’m not sure how long the non-stick coating will last, but so far, it’s held up well. I like the size; it’s perfect for cooking eggs or small meals.
This frying pan is advertised as induction compatible, which is a plus. It also claims to be oven-safe, giving you more cooking “options”. The pan is black, which looks sleek. I like the handle; it’s comfortable to hold. The instructions recommend using silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching the surface. I appreciate that. I’m happy with the pan’s performance for basic cooking tasks. It’s a good size for a single person or small family. I think it’s important to “control” the heat to maximize the non-stick properties.
