This Aufranc cookware brand may be new in the market because it didn’t attract many reviews and ratings. But this Aufranc frying pan looks impressive to me. Whatever reviews it has gotten, most reviews are 5-star reviews, the customers are quite happy with the purchase, so I assume it is a good quality frying pan in the 11-inch size. Therefore, if you are looking to buy a non-stick fry pan, this Aufranc 11-inch stainless steel pan can be a good buy. It has 3.2 qt capacity, is oven safe, compatible with gas stovetop, induction stovetop. Personally, I feel that the 11-inch size is the right size for most cooking stuffs. It has 2-inch height! So, it is a great frying pan for the home cooking, varieties of cuisines for preparing meals for 3-4 persons. More importantly, it arrives well packaged, so it is good for the gifting to your friends and family. This frying pan by Aufranc is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which is considered quite stronger and more durable than others. It would greatly prevent scratches, is corrosion-resistant and you won’t see warping and rusting issues. Impressively, it has the honeycomb carving, etched into the interior so it is a great non-stick pan. Also, it is free from PTFE, PFOA, PFAS and other toxic materials.

Of course, the Aufranc frying pan is the excellent quality frying pan as per many customers. It is a great value for the money. Most users liked the material it is made of. Please know that it doesn’t come with the lid, so many users demanded and wished it had the lid. Since most pans are made of aluminum material, so this stainless steel pan is unique, out of the crowd, which was liked by many customers. Users said that they will be able to use this Aufranc frying pan on all types of cooking surfaces including gas, ceramic, electric, induction, halogen and may be others. A user said that the surface looks like eached mechanically with a unique pattern. So, it is a quality product, which is durable, non-stick and looks attractive in the kitchen. It is highly recommended from my side!
